You placed 2 orders 2 weeks apart On the 1st order you left all the details including the font, on the second you did not include a font. We advise on our listing if no font is left we will use a standard font which is what we did in this case.Im not sure why you would expect a business to remember a single order 2 weeks prior, out of all the orders they have had in-between, and to print the exact same font.Its a shame adults in this day and age can't take responsibility for there own mistake
