The instructions are poorly translated from Chinese and are incomplete. There is no indication anywhere in the user manual that shows where a blue light appears. Doesn't appear anywhere as far as I can tell. The lettering on the illustrations are .5mm high. You need a jewlers loupe to read them. Possibly a scam - hoping you won't bother to return it.
