This seller negotiated a deal and listed shipping tax etc. The deal closed and money was removed from my account. The seller then stated shipping allegedly increased over 100% and was too expensive. Shipping costs were listed on the original bill of sale and sold as is. The seller then cancelled the deal. While a refund is apparently in the works, this seems very dishonest. An experienced seller as this would know shipping costs. Very disappointed with this seller.

I don't know why the eBay shipping quote was half of what it ended up being. I don't quote the shipping, eBay does. I immediately notified you and refunded the order. Not sure why a negative feedback was necessary on your end!
