There is always two sides to every story Hello , I send this product I packed really well because it was a small L.E.D mirror and customer is saying that I didn't pack really well but that s not true it broken during shipping process its not in my hand because it happen and customer tell me about this I immediately pay the full refund back and I apologize and explain everything after that they gave me negative feedback I always give good customer service to my customers.
