Item was not found in storage warehouse, we kept the customer constantly up-to-date and after the 2nd day we let the customer know that we were not able to find the item, we offered the customer the option for us to try and look for the item for the next 2 days and they were okay with that... But after 3 days we were still not able to find the item so we provided the customer with a full refund.
