Ear hook fell off immediately and then it would not take a charge. I wrote the seller and it was not until day 3 that I received a response. The next day I found an old cord of mine & got rid of the cord that came with it. Earbud then took a charge but now speaks some other language (Chinese?) when powering on or off.
Temu kept sending me emails. Although I had never purchased from Temu. I saw an earbud that looked like this one on eBay. The difference, 30% of the price & all works w/o issue.
