This part is advertised as a Carrier, Bryant and Payne Contactor but really it is a universal Chinese knock-off part. I realize (as I was reminded by the seller) that even though the box doesn't say Carrier it is just as good, UL rated etc.
Will it work okay? Probably but if it was a genuine OEM part I'd be 100% sure. This feels like a bait and switch tactic.
Simply say " this part is universal but will fit these brands" If I wanted knock off parts I'd have bought those first for less.
