That the camera itself was electronically non-functional is, perhaps, not the sellers fault because it looks fine physically. But that is no excuse to simply abandon it and force me to go to the trouble of disposing of it. He needs to sell it for parts-only and take it off my hands because I am tired of having to store it for him.
