I installed the Cortex M1 system myself. The installation was very straightforward. After installing it, I found that I had to dial back the baud rate on the 0183 bus to work with my older electronics. Now working on both NMEA 2000 and 0183. One hiccup was getting the MMSI programmed. The seller sent documentation that showed it had been programmed but Garmin did not recognize it. They were able to program it over the air via their cellular cloud system. Seller was helpful throughout the process
