I received the wrong colour, at first customer service was great, I was offered a partial refund and to keep the flowers sent in error if I could use them, which I agreed to, im still waiting on a response to my agreement message after over a week, I reordered the correct colour at the same time, and these haven't even been dispatched yet, very disappointed in the end, when it started off being a positive buying experience 😕
