Finally received item, after contacting the seller four days after purchase since no notification regarding shipping. Item is cheap looking, appears to be a cutout of a magazine or poster. Cut edges are not even straight. Unfortunately, I failed to notice this place does not accept returns.

Received refund for purchased item, which was only $4, but still out the $14 for shipping. Seller has requested I change my feedback. I do appreciate the refund, but still stand on the fact that I had to contact seller about shipping my purchase after four days of me paying for item. Seller did respond and item was shipped the following day.
