They were not broken when they arrived. That is the best thing I can say. They are VERY scratched. I was disappointed.

You are NUTS!!! I have 6 more of these glasses from the same set and they are in GREAT condition. They are used, if you want an untouched glass, buy a new one. I have sold 100's of Waterford pieces and have NEVER had any complaints. Crystal doesn't get "scratch" by the way.
