The bag is a little more used than seller classified. It is rather A, a feeling of use, than SA, less frequently used. The metal is a little scratching on more places, one handle is visible used, and one corner on the bottom is visible used.

Hi, it's shame that you didn't communicate with us before your purchase or before leaving negative feedback. We felt that this bag fits into the category of having been less frequently used. It has been used so is not "U" new but certainly has hardly any use & is in excellent condition. In the end the categorisation is our opinion & we would have been happy to send additional, more detailed, close up photos had you asked for them. In the end this bag was over $300 new so you have a great deal!
