What I received was an open-box, seemed a used item with some visible wear and tears. After checking Miele’s official website, I confirmed the product is still being sold new for a lower price. This is deceptive selling and a clear case of misinformation. Buyers — be cautious before purchasing from this seller. Attached screenshots as evidence to prove the false claims.
