These were definitely brand new and in great condition. Thank you for the accurate description and shipping information. The product and seller were good, but the shipping was a higher cost and slower delivery (ordered the 8th, delivered after the 20th) than any of the other three pairs of shoes I received. I'll take good product and slow shipping over poor product and fast shipping, though!
