One, Seller misrepresented the screen resolution, listed a 4k screen resolution as of when I purchased this laptop, it is in fact 2k. Second issue. Laptop comes with dell warranty? do not trust this! Seller could not provide original owner info to me, per Dell Policy, A warranty is applicable only to the "Registered Owner" This means that unless an ownership transfer occurs, which requires current owner info, you get no warranty. Steer clear of this seller and find a different listing.

Hi, we never mentioned in the listing that it is 4k, we offered you to return the item for full refund but you wanted $300 back when we declined and offer full refund for returned you opened a payment disputed with your bank, additionally, we never mentioned about warranty transfer, we only updated that currently warranty is valid and item is tested fully functional, you can buy new warranty any time once previous is expired.
