I ordered 2 pins and paid for 2 pins. When I opened the undamaged sealed box there was only one. I messaged and called and they said they would check the weight from the shipping label. I got a return message stating the weight on the box was for 2. I asked if they put the wrong label on my box for someone that ordered only one and have not received a response. On tracking, it stopped in Minneapolis. Delayed. Its a piece of glass, so I'm gonna assume it broke. The seller assured me that UPS insurance would cover it and Uncle Bobs sent me another a few days later. I couldn't get an answer from UPS as to what happened to the order, so I contacted the seller, and they were already on it! Nice work and great service! I highly recommend this seller!
