Blanco knobs arrived with chips/scratches on them. I contacted seller (Wayne) within 20mins of receiving them and he was very unhelpful. Told me to deal with Blanco direct even though I paid and ordered through him. He then tried to
Blame me for chipping them and all I did was take them out the bag!
I am now disputing this through PayPal and eBay. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Description said stainless steel knobs but they were light weight plastic and I paid over $100 for them. 👎

The item I received is not the one in the ad that I ordered, I have contacted seller and they are telling me it is right one but the numbers do not line up. I had to wait extra time for the part without any contact from the seller to begin with, I had to message them to fi d out where it was and now it's not right and they aren't making an effort to fix the problem. I'm out of pocket and still not got the correct part.
