Seller did not include expected items (was missing a tool). I contacted him and we exchanged a few messages. He asked for my patience but when I asked for a small amount of money back ($5-10) to cover the cost for the tool I’ll need, he didn’t reply. Additionally, he included a packing slip to another customer with all of their contact info which is inappropriate (in my opinion).

So sorry for the inconvenience! It was accidentally shipped to the customers slip that was in your package. I had to reach out to that buyer, pay to get the tool shipped back, and now have it. I'm just starting out and I apologize for the inconvenience.
