Based on listed garment measurements I bought a large and an extra-large, despite wearing Australian size small to medium women's clothes (I'm female). Glad I didn't go smaller as even the XL only just fits. Definitely meant for tiny Asians. Good quality fabric and well-made. Bought for a dance concert but good enough to wear out.
