Lots of work to be done but it looks on the outside that someday this rod will be restored to a fishing condition, hopefully. The ferrules are in very poor condition and must be replaced, plus all the guides and spacing, as they were made for the lines before modern synthetic lines, probably the cork needs to be replaced also, plus I am looking at the reels seat.
