It was put on eBay however they couldn't locate where the picture was . A refund was received. Lesson being keep their record of sales updated.

How very unfortunate that a simple error in stock control, (one item from a held stock of multiple hundred's) has elicited such vitriol ! no mention that the refund was issued the same moment (within 3 Hour) sale was received, with apologetic explanation & without any request/opened case from the buyer. "To err is human" alas clearly some are insular & impatient. I sincerely hope you find that which is sought in life.
