      Delivery was fast as soon as i ordered it within 24 hours i knew it was in the post Im not happy its alcohol based.I guess I would i know if its a placebo or not...... I guess i will have to guess i generally dont want to take alcohol in any way to go to sleep this is basically no exception i dont really want alcohol in my system at all SIGH oh well i know the difference between being drunk and falling asleep and this stuff i guess lol..
