These were definitely brand new and in great condition. Thank you for the accurate description and shipping information. The product and seller were good, but the shipping was a higher cost and slower delivery (ordered the 8th, delivered after the 20th) than any of the other three pairs of shoes I received. I'll take good product and slow shipping over poor product and fast shipping, though!

Beautiful cat bowl but unfortunately was partially damaged during shipment. Seller had packed item carefully and the box was not damaged so unsure what happened but not seller's fault. Seller was quick to respond when notified and I received and appreciate the good customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.
