I absolutely hate to do this. But I gave the seller every chance. I purchased this in early December. It never arrived. I contacted the seller and she said she had moved and did not know what box the scarf was in and she would have to find it. I never heard anything. I tried to contact again and never got a reply. I asked for a refund if I could not have the scarf. No reply.
