Dress sold with big undisclosed, unphotographed 5"x7" dark yellow stain at side hem. I sent photo, her only reply said: Buy Stain Remover. I opened claim, seller was forced to refund, though she refused to provide a return shipping label. With that, she gave up her right to have item sent back. She has since emailed incessantly, demanding return of the discarded useless garment. I see from her feedback she has a history of refusing return labels. No Label, No Return. Don't write me again.
