Lost in Post – Items are very rarely lost in the post, always check with your neighbours, posties are human and may have posted your item next door by mistake. The Royal Mail no longer offers compensation for items lost in post sent via the postal service we use. Therefore, as any losses will be funded from our pocket, we insist that you wait a sufficient time for the order to arrive before we will consider sending a refund – 15 working days. A return will only be accepted from the postal service if a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is shown as the the first line of the address. RANs are issued whilst going through the eBay returns procedure. If for any reason we choose to refund without return, a RAN will not be issued.
