New,complete and exactly as advertised . Unlike what I have read about some other antenna sellers on this site. Although I really have nothing to compare it to,as I only had a small cheap antenna hanging out my window. In the summer most all my stations cannot be picked up. House is a complete wreck as I basically live in one room. The rest of the house is used for storage. I just hung this from my living room ceiling and got 41 stations. fantastic! I am in hog heaven now.
