L'Acheteur est livré à son domicile par les services de Coliposte sans signature d’un accusé de réception(sauf demande ou transport d'objets précieux). En cas d'absence, l'Acheteur ou le destinataire du produit commandé reçoit un avis de passage de son facteur, ce qui lui permet de retirer les produits commandés au bureau de poste le plus proche pendant un délai de quinze jours.

L'Acheteur est tenu de vérifier en présence du préposé de la poste ou du livreur l'état de l'emballage de la marchandise.

Dans l'hypothèse où l'Acheteur aurait un quelconque doute de quelque nature que ce soit sur l'état ou le contenu de son colis, il est tenu :

- d'appliquer la procédure Colissimo (notamment signaler les dommages dus, toutes réclamations et réserves) et de refuser la marchandise en émettant immédiatement un constat d'anomalie auprès du préposé de la Poste (constat 170).

- de signaler ces incidents dans un délai de 24 heures à compter de la mention des dommages à La Poste.

- l’échange ou le remboursement de marchandises endommagées pendant le transport ne sera possible que sur présentation d’un constat d’anomalie établi auprès du transporteur.

- Le retour des marchandises pour casse ou dommage pendant le transport est assuré par le transporteur à l’issue du refus du colis.(L'option d'assurance est à souscrire par l'acheteur au moment de l'envoi de la commande)

En tout état de cause, et conformément aux dispositions de l'article L 121.20.3 du Code de la Consommation, les produits commandés seront livrés dans un délai maximum de trente jours à compter du jour suivant celui où l'Acheteur a enregistré sa commande, sous réserve du paiement complet du prix.(le délais moyen est de 3 jours)
