The seller offered a 50% refund because the jacket came with stains that weren’t noted or pictured. It was a bummer because I made sure to ask too before buying if there was any stains or flaws. Upon washing and stain treatment, I’ve yet to get the coat clean. With the price of shipping and the coat price it wasn’t ideal and makes me hesitant of future purchasess. Win some, lose some.
