The Otterbox phone case appears defective. The "wake up/power" button will not work without extreme pressure. This is the very reason I needed a new one. I am sure this is an OEM issue as it arrived new and sealed in the original packaging. However, every aspect of the purchasing process was TOP NOTCH. I experienced NO issues from ordering to delivery. I will not hesitate to order other products from Phones4all33.

Hello! Some of those "stiff buttons" will sort of break-in over a short amount of time. Also, you can remove the case and work the button a bit and that will loosen it up.
