I have a Pentium Pro Dell motherboard with the odd Dell power setup. These type of adapters are really hard to find. Appreciate the seller stocking these. Arrived and works great. Wiring matches pinout from various online sources of 20-pin Dell-style ATX connectors. Motherboard has other issues but powered up, and beeped (indicating CPU is working). Great adapter if you have an old-style 20-pin ATX Dell motherboard, and want to use it with a more modern 24-pin standard ATX power supply.
