When I realised I was struggling to find this, I told the buyer and offered a replacement which she rejected. She asked me to keep looking. I replied saying I would try my best which I did. I looked everywhere again. I spent a good few hours looking. Finally I refunded her and sent another message explaining the lengths I had gone to and apologised again. I was shocked to get this feedback a few days later. I asked her to consider removing it but she wouldn't. Needless to say I have blocked her.
