    Item never arrived. Seller was initially responsive and contacted RM but got no info. Seller suggested I should contact RM as it's out of their hands but RM specifically says the query needs to come from the sender. So seller said they would contact RM and let me know. I contact seller again after almost 6-weeks with no news and they said they didn't hear back from RM. Now they have filed a claim and says I need to contact RM. So item paid for the item and 2-months later I still have nothing
