Yes, your product was lost in transit by USPS - I received confirmation from the Portuguese Post Office (CTT) today. I didn't respond sooner because I was waiting for a response from CTT. If you check my feedback history, you'll see that I have no such cases. However, these things can happen to anyone. Unfortunately, you didn't show the necessary understanding.
