I want to give the seller a perfect score. Though not remarkably kind, they did something touching. I bought DPS24 parts but feared repair due to lack of skill. The seller initially couldn't help much, but included a repair manual and marked parts to remove. Thanks to them, I repaired my DPS24 safely.
