My package was delivered on Jun 10 by USPS with a slit in the envelope of which the item was poorly packed. There was one item inside, there should have been two items inside. I notified E-Bay and was advised that i should try and work this out with the seller. I notified the seller and got no response. I found the tel # of the seller and called and left a Voice mail msg which was ignored. no response therefore I plan to call my credit card company and ask for a settlement.
