This one which arrived today is ripped to pieces on the cover and on opening the book some of the pages look as though it won't be long before they will be falling out, and coming loose from the spine. I would very much appreciate either a total refund or a considerable partial refund if I am to hang onto the book, as this book in my opinion is only worth £2 maximum. With kindest regards Tim
