The backpack is in perfect shape. But. They lied about the size. I even contacted the seller to verify the details, and they referred back to the description. The bag itself on the tag says its size L. Not M like they advertised. Its probably a good 5 inches too large for my pets needs. I would have bought something else if i knew.
