Not pleased with refund! Seller made no effort to communicate with me in split of two consecutive notifications sent to seller inquiring about the delay in delivery of my package. No tracking updates were posted beyond the USPS facility in PA. Seller did not show the courtesy to respond to my inquiries. I feel disrespected as a buyer. This is not good business rapport or practices. The seller chose to issue a surprising refund with no comments or explanations.

Seller was communicative at first, sending samples and testing the lens. They even accepted an offer and created a shipping label, but disappeared and never actually dropped off the lens for shipment. Had to get a refund through eBay customer service.
It looks like this has happened several times in the last few months, no idea what is going on with this seller, but avoid as of now.
