Th iPod is in great condition, but a couple bends in the manifold where they opened it. The lock switch was also out of place after their repair, though this was an easy fix. Overall, B+!

Quick turn-around -very fair price - good communications. My only comment (nit-picking here) is the new glass screen is not flush with the frame. Stick up a very minor amount just enough to where you can feel it (I compared it with another nano I have) - but does not effect functionality at all. So like I said - very minor - but that's my feed-back.
