I contacted the seller and they stated that the item pictured was discontinued and the item I received was the new version. The new version wouldn't work for my application; when I requested a return, the seller agreed but stated that I would have to go to the post office and pay for a return label, which they would then reimburse me for. Unfortunately, the buyer did not like it, so they requested a return, but were told they could not return it, so we immediately refunded them. I don't understand why they would give a negative feedback.
