Seller shipped print in flattened box, which has natural creases along the bend lines. Unsurprisingly, item arrived damaged along creases. Seller accepted refund, then DM'ing to say he won't refund & blamed USPS & eBay. Told me to figure out myself how to get my $ back. Refused to believe the photos I sent "weren't that bad," including one with 7 areas circled in red indicating crease marks, then saying I should pay to return it.
