Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address and has so far failed to retrieve it. The seller sent me a replacement which arrived today. I haven't tested the ear protectors at volume yet but they fit fine and everything is as described - thanks!

After I issued a refund the seller called me to harass me about wanting to return the item and told me they will not refund the item. I pointed out that his post says 'Return within 14 days' and I was returning the item the day it arrived, unharmed. He then sent me a message once again refusing a refund and harassing me. Once ebay issued a refund the seller then refuted it, to which the case was resolved the same day in my favour. I would not purchase again from this seller.
