Definitely need a lot more response room for this one. Basic situation, orders an item with a longer handling time and wants us to ship it immediately. Another expectations vs. reality customer. Turns to condescending remarks, inappropriate, rude and just downright doesn't know how to speak or talk to someone. Keyboard warrior.
