Books arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Seller was contacted and never responded back to address this issue. Lack of communication.

Buyer never sent any photos to show the damage, so I could not do much to follow up with them. Unfortunately I can not handle how the post office handles an item after I send it out, and I made sure the item was packaged well before shipment.
