Thank you for your feedback and happy. The delivery companies are the same, only Royal Mail deliver to the door which is a better service. But they don't work on Saturdays and Sundays - maybe different areas are working!

This is a false claim and wrongly left Negative Feedback and it is the wrong place asking refund. I offered solution options but the buyer didn't want to return the item, only want a refund.
