The wig is a nice color and texture, but it had been stored flat for so long that I cannot get it to relax on my doll's head. Seller sent my purchase quickly.

If you hold it over a pot of steaming boiling water for a minute or 2 it should relax. Sometimes a quick dunk in the water will relax it, if the steaming doesn't work.
