I contacted seller about having issues with the the Oculus not working properly - my grandson has complained about it getting stuck several times and he stated I didn't know how to work it properly so we reset and tried it again but the problem persisted. He also, stated to me that regardless of what issues I was having that there was no way he would refund my money because it was already spent on bills. I felt like this done in a scam like manner because he was quick to respond with negativity.
