Shirt come very nice shirt seller said there where no snags or or rips in it very good quality he said the shirt come very poor condition massive rips in the number and tryed blaming Royal Mail and offerd refund straight away then offerd me a reduced price never did. Won’t be buying off this seller again

There is no way the item was as shown in photograph.
Buyer was offered a FULL refund so I could take the matter up with Royal Mail but wouldn't send back (Maybe wanted it for nothing). I then offered a £15 discount which I didn't have to to receive this reply - Hi sorry just seen this it’s not about that and either way not fussed I’ll get the shirt sorted. So hence didn't send it. If the item was that bad surely negative feedback rather than neutral would be apt.
